Sourced my 2017 T8 XC90 in August this year, 71k miles and a great spec for a VERY reasonable price. There was no pressure sales, no pressure on up selling finance as I was a cash buyer, no intense warranty offers either although I did extend to 12 months for my own peace of mind.

I put my deposit down over the phone had 101 photos sent to me and then after viewing in person they had a few scuffs scratches and dints repaired at their expense.

I also had the car delivered to me and hour up the M1

Had a couple of teething issues when I got it home due to a block sunroof drain and a blown fuse for the 12v port but both these I got sorted for less than £4, however there was a full offer of a courtesy car and for them to collect and sort at their expense.

I want to kindly thank Adrian, our salesman, for being available by phone even on his days off.

As well as we came during that heatwave and they have an amazing cooled seating area/office space that we fed our baby in.

I recently purchased a car from Crystal Motor Company and overall had a very positive experience. The whole viewing and purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. The car itself was exactly what I was looking for "” the right specification, in good condition, and at a fair price. The team were also proactive in offering to sort out a few small issues with the car before I collected it, which was much appreciated.A couple of small niggles prevented this from being a five-star experience. When I collected the car, as small dent was discovered in the driver's door, which I suspect occurred after my initial viewing. To be fair, after some discussion, the dealer reimbursed me for the repair costs, which I thought was a reasonable outcome. The only other issue was with the logbook "” it took over a month to be issued, and only after I followed up with the dealer. Once it did arrive, the details were incorrect and took almost another month to get fully sorted.That said, I'm really pleased with the car and how the dealer handled things overall. Aside from those minor frustrations, they were helpful, fair, and professional throughout. I'd happily consider buying from them again in the future.

I bought a 30k mile BMW 330d which was in brilliant condition, two wheels needed refurb & they did this with no hassle before I collected. The car was immaculately detailed when I collected it.Louise was really helpful & so was her dad the owner. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Can I firstly say if there is anybody out there that is a bit apprehensive about using this company like I was as ive only purchased vehicles from large car dealers dont give it a second thought. I brought a jaguar xj from them and dealt with salesman Adrian who was fantastic putting no pressure to purchase a vehicle on you at all. I had a small problem with car battery but Adrian sorted this out straight away even answering his phone out of work hours. Got new battery fitted straight away no fuss no questions asked all paid for by crystal motors . I cannot fault Crystal, or Louise and the rest of the team, after being badly treated by another dealership, Crystal have made the whole process stress free, enjoyable and honestly amazing. The cars are all so well looked after and presentable. I was given extended warranty and had a slight issue a few months in"¦ that was not their fault and didn't have to be honoured"¦ Louise saw my car the same day, and booked in the work and allowed me a courtesy car for myself and my son - all work was honoured and complete within 2 days!!

They couldn't do anymore if they tried! Even allowed my son, who has sen needs to ask the mechanics a million questions about the fast cars and have a look! He still talks about the garage daily!

Will be returning for future cars, and will recommend to anyone!

First of all, what I would like to say is, My experience with crystsl motor company itself has been nothing but amazing even though there was an issue with the car and the car broke down as i was on my way home the same day of picking it up but let me explain.

I bought a beautiful and amazing 2019 Alpha Romeo Giulia Veloce from them on Monday 18th Aug 25, and Drove it to Birmingham for a quick visit family, no issues with car, then i was on my way home about 2 and a half hours from there, and about 2 hours of driving I decided to pull over at Membury services to stretch my legs and this is when the Issue occurred. As i was slowing down to park the car, the start stop button unavailable sign and check engine light popped up on the dashboard and the car jolted to stop on the one side of car park lane. The Car would not start as seen on the video attached.

It was already 7PM and the Crystal Motor Company shuts at 6PM. But even then i rang them, just in case if anyone was in and they were!!, Louise who was very kind told me that dealership is shut from 6PM and she was answering it from her home and the call has been diverted to her number. She reassured me that the issue will be fixed and covered by Crystal Motor Company.

Lucikly it seems to be a battery fault, because after trying the jump leads on two cars, leaving the second car running and attaching to my car for a while, it finally started and i then managed to drive home,

The next morning (Tuesday), when they were open i rang them again and this time the Boss of Crystal Motor Company Answered and he explained what to do, and once again reassured me that they will cover it.
So i went to Alpha Romeo Dealership and got the battery replaced and fitted which costed me over £400 but I got it reimbursed very quickly and all of those issues from before are gone .

Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with Crystal Motor Company, they have been very helpful, and cooperative with the whole process. This little issue with the Alpha Romeo will not deter me from buying and selling cars with them in the future and i Highly recommend Crystal Motors Company to anyone. They will take care of you like they took care of me.

Crystal motors have been fantastic from start to finish even when things go wrong. Purchased a lovely BMW 320i was well looked after with full service history. No rushed or pushy sales technique.

Unfortunately as can happen with any used car had an issue with coolant leak after a month of having the car.

Due to Crystal providing a 6 month warranty policy. I was able to speak with the aftersales team who reassured me not to worry and provided me with a courtesy car while mine was getting fixed.

Car now all fixed and no issues. However upon collection I ended up leaving the kids car seat in the courtesy car.

Called up spoke to Loiuse and she said not to worry il post it out to you. All recieved the following day.

Now that is what I call going that extra mile for a customer.

Thank you and will be returning back when I decide to change my car next time.

Great after careI purchased my car from here in December 2024, the car came with warranty and i recently contacted Louise around a issue with the vehicle ( completely unrelated to the garage or them selling the car to me) The issue was a faulty electrical issue and Louise arranged to collect and leave a courtesy car , and then dealt with everything that was required to fix the car. I'm 3hours away from Crystal so opted for the buy online and have it delivered service, which was perfect from start to finish and every request I made was met. Where to begin

From the second I called the garage for some more details on a car (which is now mine :)), Louise has been nothing but an absolute gem. She gave me every detail I needed to know and was honest about everything

I popped down a couple of days after speaking to them on the phone and test drove her, to which I fell in love, so then my only hesitant was that my car wouldn't come with any warranty because of the age and mileage, but Louise assured me that the vehicle will be thoroughly checked before picked up, and if there are any issues in the future, I can always come back and get them resolved - This sold the car for me, the fact that if the worst was to happen I would have somewhere to go and get it fixed meant a lot, as this is not offered much anymore

Due to some bad experiences in the past, I was dreading the pick up, which was stupid of me because of how lovely everyone is, which again is so rare now

When I arrived, I was greeted by a smiling Louise, where she took me to see my new car!

We then went through all the paperwork, helped me tax the vehicle and then gave me a celebratory bottle of rose, which I got to chose from a selection of white, red and prosecco

This was something so small but put a massive smile on my face and made it feel like a really special occasion, which I have never experienced before

The whole process was quick, smooth and effortless

I intend to buy every one of my cars from this garage

I truly felt/feel like a valued customer, which I will always be grateful for :)

Wow Wow Wow! My daughter purchased an Audi A5 last Friday, and what an amazing experience it was, they put main dealers to shame! It wasn't an expensive car, but you'd have thought she'd just bought a McLaren. Louise was absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and is obviously part of the reason that they have been in business for 30 years. There was a complimentary bottle of wine, a lovely hassle-free handover and a genuine feeling of trust. The whole team are really friendly and genuinely appear to enjoy working there, which is always a good sign. Car sales have a poor reputation due to the less scrupulous people in the trade, but Crystal Motors are definitely not in that category! Fantastic after sales care
I've owned my current car for 8months now which I bought from Crystal Motors, a couple of weeks ago it developed a few faults, turned out to be electrical issues, I contacted the after sales department and spoke with Louise, the whole process was 1st class from dropping the car off, picking up a courtesy car to Louise arranging the repairs which was all covered by their own warranty, I was expecting like other garages to be told the warranty didn't cover the repairs but this wasn't the case, all covered, which was fantastic news, I'd 100% recommend Crystal Motors to anyone, we will definitely be back for our next car, thank you Louise and Clint for superb after sales care, 5

Great Experience
I recently bought a Mercedes SL from Clint's dealership and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Clint, the owner, and Adrian, the salesman who helped us, were both friendly, genuine, and welcoming. They took the time to chat with us about the car and Clint shared with us about his family run business, which made the whole experience feel very personal and relaxed.As a lovely touch, they even gave us a bottle of wine to take home, which really shows the thought they put into looking after their customers.Highly recommend if you're looking for quality cars and a team that truly values their customers. I was kept fully updated throughout the process, and nothing was too much trouble.After a long journey, I was even offered a lift from the train station - a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture that really set the tone.When it was time to collect the car, I was delighted to find a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for me. Good customer service but awful administration service.
Buying a car from them was a great experience but the shoddy admin system was awful!!! Left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Very disappointing... for a well established garage. It took almost 3-4 weeks and counting, for crystal motors to notify DVLA to send in our log book.

Great service from a family run business
Saw the car I wanted on auto trader at Crystal Motors. Went to the showroom and was met by the owner Clint who gave me the keys to the car and let me drive the car without a salesman. This was great because I was able to test the car and look over it in my own time. I decided to buy the car. Adrian sorted out the finance and gave me a very fair deal on my car. From the moment that I contacted the dealership, through to collecting the car 3 weeks later (due to my availability), the whole process was seamless. I dealt with Adrian who is a credit to Crystal. He was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I reserved the car, arranged a time to view, where the car was ready for me to take for a test drive. No pressure and no drama. It was brilliant. After the test drive, I told Adrian what I wanted addressing/checking on the car, prior to collection. He agreed to all of it, without any issue. That gave me more confidence than I already had. I also asked for the car to be detailed and ceramic coated (at a reasonable cost) and Luke has done a phenomenal job. On collection, Luke walked me through the car and it's functions. Louise helped in completing all the paperwork. All in all, a great car buying experience. It's an awesome car and I'm so thankful to all the team at Crystal.

From arrival we were met with happy friendly faces, Adrian was extremely organised with everything ready for us, Clint was helpful with advice of what to do, should we have any issues and even advised me that they can collect our car and leave us with a courtesy car if there were to be. We live 3 hours away. The whole experience was really great to be fair, then they took us around to see the car, which was revealed to us from under a black cloth ( a really nice touch) whipped off to reveal our beautiful shiny and immaculate car, and sitting along side a bottle of bubbles to celebrate with. Absolutely brilliant customer service, making us both feel quite special. I have bought brand new cars before and not been treated that way. Well done Crystal Motors 10/10 top class.
